Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without any reference to any rule of choice or conflict of laws. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
